What to send for a quote
The more complete the details, the more accurate the quote. Quotes are valid for 7 days if the car matches the information provided.

- Photo of the vehicle registration document, or the plate number
- Whether it starts, and any crash or flood damage
- Where the car is and how it is parked

Outside opening hours, leave a WhatsApp message and we will reply as soon as possible. In severe weather such as typhoon signals or black rainstorm warnings, safety comes first and collections may be rescheduled.

How do I get to your yard by public transport?
Take minibus 81 from Tsuen Wan station or minibus 80 from Tsuen Wan West station and get off at Chuen Lung. The yard is a 1-minute walk, opposite Choi Lung Restaurant. Check timetables with the minibus operator.
How soon can you collect my car?
New Territories and Kowloon usually within 24 hours; Hong Kong Island 24–48 hours; outlying islands 48–72 hours with 48 hours' notice. Actual timing depends on bookings and traffic.
Can I contact you on public holidays or late at night?
Yes. On public holidays we open 09:00–18:00, and 24-hour emergency towing is available by appointment: call or WhatsApp 6799 5101 with the car's location and condition. At other times, leave a WhatsApp message.
How should a company with several vehicles get in touch?
WhatsApp 6799 5101 with the number of vehicles, types, tonnage, special equipment and where they are parked, and we will arrange inspection, towing and paperwork together.
